We were curious to find out what Intelligentsia Parklet looks like in its context, with verdant plants and people occupying the space within and around. It was built in 2016 for seasonal use (Spring and Summer time), as an extension of side walk cafe for Intelligentsia Coffee . This pop-up park is enjoyed by people in the historic neighborhood of Logan Square in downtown Chicago. Although we didn't get to experience the parklet in person, we came across this wonderful blog post about it on Streets Blog Chicago's website.
